Mick has a master’s degree in political science from Virginia Tech and a BA (Hons) in Economics & Politics from the University of Leeds, England.

An HR leader with over 30 years’ experience, Sharon is passionate about developing tools and services to make it easier for employees and managers to navigate the world of HR and Payroll. She is known for her ability to bring people together, see opportunities and implement process and technology changes to improve service delivery. Over the years, she has led several transformational projects for the City of Ottawa, including the implementation of self-service portal features and the development of the HR shared service centre model. She has been successful because of her ability to build momentum, motivate change, and engage teams to improve the employee experience. Prior to moving to Payroll, Pensions and Benefits, she held management position in HR Client Relations, HR Shared Service and Talent Acquisition.

Dr. Kyle Huff is an Associate Professor of Management and leads the Management Discipline in the School of Business at Georgia Gwinnett College. He also the currently serves as the Director of the Leadership and Management Development Institute at GGC. Kyle teaches courses in human resource management and organizational behavior. His research interests are around the broad topic of employee assessment. This includes justice perceptions of performance appraisals, threats to the validity of web-based assessment, HR/talent analytics, and alternative measures of psychological constructs.

During his teaching career, Kyle taught classes as a graduate student at Georgia College and State University and North Carolina State University. Huff received his Ph.D. in industrial/organizational and vocational psychology at North Carolina State University. Before that, he earned an M.S. in general psychology from Georgia College and State University and a B.S. in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

While earning his degree, he has worked as part of various teams that have completed projects for the U.S. military, O*NET, North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, and NASA. In addition, he has worked directly for VeriTest and Predvari.

Kyle previously served on the Board of Directors for IHRIM Atlanta.

As a young professor in the '80s and '90s, Dr. Hill founded one of the first accredited computer science & engineering programs in the USA. Concurrently, while working with businesses, he led the development of the first enterprise-class CRM solution on Oracle/Sun Servers in the '80s, integrating ERP but uniquely spanning all contact relationships, including sales, supply chain, workforce recruitment, and HRIS. He is an avid believer in both formal and continuing education, professional development, and certifications.
