Keith has worked as an HR Transformation Leader in different industries such as oil and gas, financial services, grocery and retail, and engineering…he knows what drives HR Transformation – and it’s not the flavor of the month when it comes to HR software. Keith’s transformation point of view centers on how well individuals change their mindset from vertical to horizontal. It’s great to understand how your role connects within a process – vertical thinking; however, true transformation comes when employees understand how the entire process works and make efforts not only to better their part, but other areas within the chain as well.
